A Paperfly workflow allows you to send a request to one or multiple recipients. A workflow can contain documents to be signed, filled and submitted, identification papers, forms, one-click instant confirmations, payments and much more.

A Paperfly workflow can contain up to 25 documents.

Paperfly allows to contact up to 2 million customers per campaign. Depending on the selected communication channel Paperfly automatically takes care of the distribution: For example, text message  requests are divided into blocks of 10,000 SMS/hour to prevent automatic spam blocking by the network provider. When sending e-mails in bulk, you benefit from the high reputation of our service, so that no spam blocking becomes active at providers who use automated AI systems to identify spam (Google, GMX, Yahoo, etc.) in case of larger volumes. Should a request ever qualify as spam a dedicated response team with contacts at all major e-mail providers is ready to assist you.

In case of consolidated mass paper mailings from the Paperfly portal, the campaigns must be divided into blocks of 500,000 so that our automatic address verification can be activated to check the data quality.

You can integrate any number of Paperfly workflow templates on your website as web links generated by Paperfly or as QR codes on letters or print media advertisements.

Paperfly offers you an extensive and well documented REST API that you can use to integrate Paperfly in your own applications and custom solutions for your business. All documents are stored in a BSI-certified data center in Germany with server side 256-Bit AES Encryption. Custom endpoints are supported. Only logged in users can access their data.

Using Paperfly requires no installation of an app. You can answer a request directly in your browser, following the link you received via WhatsApp, text message or email.

No external scanning hardware or app is needed. Paperfly allows to submit documents and payments directly in your browser. The camera of your mobile device is supported to scan documents.

All PDF files can be imported in the Paperfly web portal. During import all input text fields are auto recognized. Paperfly makes your PDF files easily fillable on mobile devices and supports electronic signatures. Paperfly also allows to combine your PDF workflows with payments or customer identification services.

Paperfly supports all types of electronic signatures that are defined in the European eIDAS regulation including simple, advanced and qualified electronic signatures. Paperfly accepts all qualified certificates issued by TSPs on the EU Trust List that you or your signer already possess. Alternatively, Paperfly can integrate with a qualified TSP of your choice. For companies based in Switzerland Paperfly also enables compliance according to ZertES.

Paperfly provides legally binding and secure electronic signatures on any device and is fully compliant with UETA and ESIGN acts.
